$8,000 homebuyer tax credit extended through June 2010.  NOW IS A FANTASTIC TIME TO BUY ESPECIALLY WITH THE EXTENSION OF THE TAX CREDIT.  Do you qualify?  www.extendedtaxcredit.com   Let me help you get into your first home, if you have owned and occupied a residence 5 of the last 8 years you could claim a $6500 tax credit.  You must be in contract before April 30, 2010 and close by June 30, 2010.  Income limits are now $125,000 for single buyers and $225,000 for a married couple.
